Planning an exciting trip to the desert? Before you hit the golden dunes, it’s important to know what to wear so you can stay comfortable, safe and enjoy every moment. Here is the simple guide to help you get the best experience:

• Wear light, breathable clothes

Choose light-coloured cotton or linen garments; these fabrics keep you cool and let your skin breathe in the hot desert weather. 

• Long sleeves and pants for protection

Even though it’s hot, long sleeves and pants are a good idea; they protect your skin from the sun and from sand that can rub against your skin while riding. 

• Closed-tie shoes

Always wear sturdy shoes like sneakers or hiking boots that keep your feet safe from hot sand and help you stay steady while driving on rough dunes.

• Sun protection

Bringing a hat with a wide brim and a pair of sunglasses is essential to protect your face and eyes from the bright desert sun.

• Scarf or bandana

Cover the face and mouth with a scarf or bandana to keep the sand out of your mouth and nose.

• Light jacket

Safety and comfort are our top priority to ensure you have a memorable experience in the desert.  We design guidelines and restrictions to make your adventure more fun and under security. Here is what you need to know:

Age limits

• The driver to operate the buddy must be over 16 years old.
• Children over 16 can join as a passenger but must have an adult company

Health and fitness

The following participant must not participate for safety reasons:

• Pregnant women
• People who have heart, back, neck or joint issues. 
• Individuals who have high blood pressure, diabetes, respiratory or epilepsy. 
• People recovering from surgery or severe injuries. 

Note: if you have a history of any medical issue, consult your doctor first before booking a tour with us. 

Alcohol free policy

 We have an alcohol-free policy for the safety of everyone participating; those who have a slight influence of drugs are not allowed to join the tour. 

Weight and height limits

• Participants must weigh around 100-120 kg( 220-265 lbs), while it does depend on the buddy model. 
• The height limits the buddy model to ensure proper fit for seat belts.

Weather-related guidelines

In case of extreme heavy rain, sandstorm or flood, we have the right to cancel or reschedule the tour for safety purposes. 

Protective gear

We provide high-quality safety gear such as helmets, gloves, and googles to ensure maximum protection during the ride. Note that it is mandatory to wear all provides safety gears..
